In September 2022, we met Anna, a lover of malted spirits. She is responsible for choosing the whisky selection for DPI in China. She started to look for a barrel that would seal our relationship. Ninalys Whisky LAB 001 is the result of our collaboration. An exclusive single cask, bottled cask strength and un-chillfiltered. While aging in French oak, it developed its specific character rich with subtle complexity and refined harmony, transporting notes of gentle spices, noble wood and soft fruit. Available only in China.
