The Whisky Sour is a timeless classic. Try our French version where honey illuminates the whisky’s savory taste and pear brandy adds a fruity touch.
Ingredients
50 mL NINALYS WHISKY
+ 20 mL LEMON JUICE
+ 15 mL HONEY SYRUP
+ 1 EGG WHITE
+ 1 DASH PEAR BRANDY
STEPS
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
Shake the first time without ice to emulsify the egg white, add the ice, shake a second time, strain through a fine strainer and pour into a coupette.
